Ingredients:
- 1 box chocolate cake mix
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Whipped cream for garnish
- Chocolate shavings for garnish
Instructions:
Warm up the oven to 350F 175C and put cupcake liners in a muffin tin
Put the eggs, vegetable oil, water, and chocolate cake mix in a large bowl
Mix everything together well
The chocolate chips should be carefully mixed in
The cake batter should be about two thirds of the way up each cupcake liner
It's done when a toothpick stuck in the middle of a cupcake comes out clean after 18 to 20 minutes of baking
Make the chocolate poke sauce while the cupcakes are baking
Put the sweetened condensed milk and hot fudge sauce in a bowl that can go in the microwave
Put it in the microwave for 30 seconds and stir it until everything is well mixed
Put away
After the cupcakes are done, take them out of the oven and let them cool for a while
Make holes in the tops of the cupcakes with the back of a wooden spoon or something similar
Do not forget to fill the holes in the cupcakes with the chocolate poke sauce
Pour it over the warm cupcakes
Whip the heavy cream in a different bowl until stiff peaks form
Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract and keep whipping until everything is well mixed
Frost the cupcakes with whipped cream that you pipe or spread on top
Add some chocolate shavings and whipped cream on top to make it look nice
