Ingredients:
- 1 block tofu, pressed and cubed
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, maple syrup, cornstarch, and water to make the sauce
Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute
Add cubed tofu to the skillet and cook until lightly browned on all sides, about 5-7 minutes
