Keto Chocolate Avocado Brownies



There aren't many carbs in these brownies, but they are moist, rich, and taste like chocolate. Avo gives them a creamy texture and healthy fats, and almond flour keeps them low-carb. Great for keto dieters who want to satisfy their sweet tooth!

Ingredients:

  • 2 ripe avocados, mashed
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup erythritol or stevia or preferred keto-friendly sweetener
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar-free chocolate chips optional

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan

In a mixing bowl, combine mashed avocados, cocoa powder, almond flour, sweetener, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt

Mix until smooth

Fold in sugar-free chocolate chips if desired

Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread it evenly

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean

Allow the brownies to cool completely before slicing into squares
