Coca-Cola Cake Parfait



A delicious parfait made with layers of rich, moist Coca-Cola cake and light, airy whipped cream.

Ingredients:

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup Coca-Cola
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions:

Warm the oven up to 175F 350C

A baking pan should be greased and floured

Put chocolate cake mix, Coca-Cola, and vegetable oil in a large bowl

Mix the ingredients together until the batter is smooth

After preparing the pan, pour the batter into it and bake it according to the directions on the package

Let it cool down all the way

Melt the butter in a saucepan, and then add the cocoa powder and mix it in

Take the pan off the heat and add the vanilla extract and powdered sugar

Combine well

Mix in the buttermilk until it's smooth

Add the icing to the cake after it has cooled

Mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and heavy cream in a different bowl until stiff peaks form

The Coca-Cola cake should be cut into cubes

Place cake cubes in serving glasses and top with whipped cream

Do it again, and then add chocolate shavings on top to decorate

Put it in the fridge for at least an hour before you serve it
