Red Velvet No Bake Cheesecake Parfait



Enjoy the rich flavors of red velvet and cheesecake in this simple, no-bake parfait. A delicious dessert that's great for any event is made with layers of red velvet cake crumbs and a creamy cheesecake filling.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups red velvet cake crumbs
  • 1 1/2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 cups whipped cream
  • 1/2 cup chocolate shavings
  • Fresh strawberries for garnish

Instructions:

In a bowl, mix red velvet cake crumbs and set aside

In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth

Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese, continue beating until well combined

Fold in whipped cream gently until the mixture is smooth and creamy

In serving glasses, layer red velvet cake crumbs, followed by the cream cheese mixture

Repeat the layers until the glass is almost full, finishing with a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top

Chill the parfaits in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to set

Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings and fresh strawberries

Serve chilled and enjoy!
